Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, include your item in its original packaging along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition.

Once your item is eligible for a free return, a shipping label is mailed to you on your registered email, which includes the instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note items sent to us without a prior approved return request are not accepted and refunds can not be issued according to our company return policy.
Please request for a return address via email when your item is not eligible for a free return. DO NOT send it to the sender address mentioned on the shipping label.
Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to get the items you want from our website would be to place a new order, as soon as your return request is approved for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will then process the return of the merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund status. We will notify you once your return is approved, refund is issued to the original payment method in 7-10 business days.
